Food safety standards are our highest priority. We have a robust food safety management system in place in order to protect the integrity of our product to go beyond our customers’ expectations.
In addition to a strict vendor management system, we also visit our suppliers to validate the materials used and the manufacturing process to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
Since obtaining the FSSC22000 (the food safety system certification) in November 2014, we have implemented strict guidelines to manage the standard operating procedures from the acceptance of raw materials, to the handling/storage of raw materials and the shipment of the products.
In order to better manage our products and raw materials, we have installed a device to eliminate harmful physical, chemical and biotic impurities.
In order to prevent degradation of the quality of the products, both hazardous and non-hazardous materials are warehoused in room temperature, refrigerated or frozen environments.
In order to minimize the occasional strong scent from manufacturing perfumes, we filter our air through high-performance activated carbon, photo-catalyst titanium filter, ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and a hybrid-deodorizer.
Waste materials are also kept at a distance from the manufacturing plant in order to avoid any mixtures of the scents.
